Winitihooloo carved on Conservation Day, May 1, 1999
Winitihooloo was carved on Conservation Day, May 1, 1999 by artist Justin Gordon. The artwork was carved out of a standing tree which was topped. The statue was named after a legendary Native American that lived in the Horn Pond area and instantly became a landmark for the walkers and joggers of Horn Pond.
